When you use Keynote as a Whiteboard:

To use Keynote as a Whiteboard you will need to make sure that you are logged into your Apple device using your Apple ID so you can create a collaboration space. When you are ready to collaborate on a Keynote presentation either share the presentation with Only People You Invite through their Apple ID or share it to Anyone With the Link.
